Based on the experience and the observation that women all over the world are fighting for equal dignity and rights, we began a process of virtual listening, discussion and reflection on International Women's Day 2022. In doing so, we were responding to Pope Francis' call to discuss and reflect on our experiences, hopes and expectations for a truly Christian and synodal Church. 

To do so, theologians and leaders from each continent presented at various sessions to stimulate listening, prayer, discussion, and discernment on the following themes.
