We were very pleased that so many women participated in our first webinar “Enlarge the space of your tent”. Anja Appel showed in her engaging interpretation of this metaphor what this could mean for the future of the church and she kindly agreed to add text to her powerpoint presentation so that it will soon be available on the websites of CWC and Andante.
In order to continue our collective process of listening, dialogue and discernment as part of the continental phase of the Synod, we should like to invite you to a second webinar on 12 January 2023 at 18.00 CET/17.00 GMT.
For this seminar we want to invite as many delegates and participants of the continental synod meeting in Prague, to discuss and share with women from Europe. Helen Jeppesen-Spuhler, member of the Swiss delegation, will coordinate this seminar and give ideas for joint networking.
With the continuation of this webinar series, Andante as a European network and the Catholic Women’s Council (CWC), as a worldwide network of Catholic women’s organisations, continue their commitment to the full participation and recognition of the dignity and equality of women in the Church.
